Time. I did nothing, but time took care of it.

"When you're down and troubled, and you need a helping hand, and nothing, whoa nothing is going right. Close your eyes and think of me and soon I will be there to brighten up even your darkest nights. You just call out my name, and you know where ever I am, I'll come running, oh yeah baby to see you again. Winter, spring, summer, or fall, all you have to do is call, and I'll be there, yeah, yeah, yeah. You've got a friend." Call whoever this Carole King song (made famous by James Taylor) makes you think of.

I'm still looking for that light at the end of the tunnel. I'm not sure how I'm going to find it.

Focus on your own mental resources and stability.
    Despair builds character.

First of all despair is a very frightening place to be. So I do not take your question lightly. And, its funny in these challenging times how our friends and loved ones just want us to shake it off. My experience left me with little more than to pray. So now I pray for you.

I'm not sure, medication, my husband helped me

time seems to change all things,
if you are sad, it will pass.
if you are happy, it will pass.
    etc.

just hold onto people you trust and try to learn from it
