How did your first job end?

I threatened to quit and whe nI got to work the next day, they told me they didn't need me to work my one week's notice and paid me out there and then!

I got my own back- a week later I started working for a company that they supplied a service to. I had great pleasure in ringing them regularly and cracking the whip asking them to do their job and to do it properly and on my terms!!!! They weren't happy....

sstmofadwn	Posted Sep 22nd, 2009 at 5:48AM got sick and tired of dealing with the job i had no interest in. it was more of a burden than enjoyable and hurt my back standing a long time, plus i dont like to associate with many people so my boss told me i can either be fired or i can quit... so i quit. robyn	Posted Sep 22nd, 2009 at 1:10AM i got fired. my husband hired me to work for him. i begged him not to make me work for him because he can be a tryrant. he hired me anyway, and fired me. then he did the same thing a couple of years later! he has hired me and fired me twice! hahahaha!!!!! I consider a job as just a means to go through life without idleness. Sometimes, I even take voluntary jobs for no payment. Rated: +1Vote for this!
