Breath in though your nose and exhale through your mouth while laying down.

On the inhale let the stomach go up and on the exhale have the stomach fall.

You can close your eyes or squint though them so things are blurred.

Do this an you will feel less stress.

Make sure you get enough calcium in your diet. Avoid sugar and don't drink coffee or soft drinks with caffeine in them. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. A leisure walk, do things with less intensity.
