Drink a glass of water, breathe deeply, then go outside for a long power walk. When you walk, you will cause your mind to focus and your nervous system will calm down.

Deep breathing, clear your mind (or imagine a point and stare at it). Count to ten. Reach over and pop a prozac.

Breath in though your nose and exhale through your mouth while laying down. <br />
On the inhale let the stomach go up and on the exhale have the stomach fall.<br />
You can close your eyes or squint though them so things are blurred. <br />
Do this an you will feel less stress.<br />
Make sure you get enough calcium in your diet. Avoid sugar and don't drink coffee or soft drinks with caffeine in them. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. A leisure walk, do things with less intensity. <br />
Think positive thoughts. That is a start.
