How do I create a Global Distribution List?

I have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.
I have several hundred email addresses in several distribution lists. How to I make these lists available to several people in my company.

Tell your Exchange Administrator that you need some Global Dist lists added to the global address list. They will create the lists and you can be the admin for those lists.

You could also create the dist list in your contacts and share your contacts with your co-workers. That would get you around the admins, but your co-workers would have access to your PAB (personal address list).

I guess the logical place to start looking for answers would be the help feature on Windows XP or the Outlook program.
