First, stop drinking.
Second, you are young. You will not be alone forever, unless you want it that way.

When you have parents, you shouldn't think about such things! Parents are truly wonderful things and if you have been blessed with good parents, there is quite nothing like it! However, don't worry about what you will do when they are no longer with you. You should cross that bridge when you get there. As long as you are strong minded and focus on your life, you should be fine. Give it some time, and you will eventually start living your life and look forward to things. It is always easy to give up and just mope around... but that is not helping anything. Open up to your close friends and give them a chance to help you feel better. Soon, you will realize that it is possible to happy and not be afraid on your own. It is a wonderful world, and it is up to you to make the most of it while you are there!

I'm an orphan, my father passing away earlier this year. I think about him a lot and have no fears of being alone in this world. We are all alone. It's more obvious when we are sleeping, but we are all alone, all the time, in our head. No one shares that space with us.

I got a lot of comfort from this great song by Rodney Crowell, who was Johnny Cash's son-in-law:

So I'm an orphan now, out here on my own
And its hard to know where I belong
It comes as no surprise, it happens to us all
Just like the sun will rise, night will fall.

Chorus:
I know love is all I need; I know love is all I need; I know love is all I need, that's all I know

An image I recall, a picture on the wall
Of my mother on her wedding day
Young and naive, nothing up her sleeve
But the things that just got lost along the way

Chorus: And I know love is all I need ...

And there's a voice I hear, it comes in loud and clear
It's my father's voice teaching me
He says to be a man, you've got to be true to your word
And when you make a stand, you'll be heard

Chorus: And I know love is all I need ...

I had a dream last night, I saw my Mom and Dad
They were happy now and I was glad
They had a brand new house that they'd just moved in
And when I awoke they were gone again

Chorus: And I know love is all I need ...

God is the intimate companion of each individual among mankind. When we have Him, we have everything; when He is not in our heart, we are deprived of all things.
