Try finding some sport or exercise you actually like. And try to do it at least 3 times per week. Best would be to have at least 2 you like. One you can do in a team, swim team, soccer team whatever. One cardio sport like running or swimming you can do alone. And then something body centric where you focus on your body and yourself. Yoga or Dancing or the like. <br />
And then talking therapy. Talking to a therapist. It can be hard finding a good one and one that fits with you and your needs. But try it.

Idt you can deal with it entirely on your own, might need to get some professional help besides medication. Like a support group

Ah yeah a group would be good, so you know how others feel and deal with stuff... so you don't focus on yourself alone. That you not only know there are others out there, who have issues, but that you actually experience it.
