You can be happy. Solving any of these things doesn't deal with medicine, it deals with what you allow yourself to come to. Miserableness? Please, that is the most bulls*** complaint I have ever heard of. Life gets tough, and sometimes it's not fun, even MISERABLE, but get over yourself and tough it out. Everyone has that, or most do, so there's no cure for that except optimism, which will also solve your suicidal thoughts and self-esteem. Low self-esteem doesn't matter, you are an adult. No one is going to care about your self-esteem except for you, so again, get over yourself and look on the bright side of things. And finally, depression? No no no, it's called "sadness". You just haven't tried hard enough to make your life worth living. Instead, you have turned to medication, which you don't need. Do something to make you proud of who you are, and that will change everything. Volunteer, help others, make a living, WHATEVER. This happens to most everyone, so don't feel special or alone because you aren't. SO get up off your a$s and do something to make yourself happy. I'm not going to tell you what, because you can figure that out on your own. There is a cure, it's optimism.
