How do I deal with the death of my son?

He died due to Army medical incompidence. I have all the records to prove it, but you cant sue the Army. He didnt have to die, so much malpractice was done to him! I have to let someone know,,for him and other soldiers.!!He can't die in silence as he died alone!

I am so sorry for you!

All you can do is take it a day at a time!

To use a cliche,Life goes on!

Talk to as many people as you like and DO NOT keep your EMOTIONS bottled up!

Eventually, your grief will subside!...I PROMISE!

Good Luck!

My son died ten yrs ago, result of car accident... I know how your feeling... to lose a child is the worst thing that can happen to you... they are a part of you and it changes your life forever.....talk about him, to anyone and everyone, keep him in your life until one day instead of thinking about him every minute you will be grateful HE was here.
Hugs to you.

Im very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find some confort from a support group. You might contact a local minister search the yellow pages for a group or find another mom who has faced such loss. I have a dear from whos son died only it was of suicide. Its been a few years and she came a long way. Sending sympathy your way.

You need a good support group, friends, family and maybe a therapist. It's going to take a lot of crying and talking about things to get to where you can start to feel a little less sad. You will always hurt from this, I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your son, but good friends that can listen(even when you just need to repeat yourself) will be crucial for you. Best wishes, and once again I'm sorry for your loss. You'll be in my thoughts.

Oh, I'm so sorry! Have you spoken to your Congressional representatives about what happened? If your evidence is compelling, you might be able to get your Congressmen to intervene and make the system safer for other service people. It doesn't replace your son, but it would be maybe one way to work through the grief.

Again, I'm so sorry. My deepest sympathies.
