How do I declutter my mind?

I have SO much on my mind that I feel like my brain is about to burst, & I'm behind on a lot of life-related obligations.

De clutter your surroundings. Many times our mind seems much more overloaded when we are disorganized in our home or closets. Clean out your closet and get rid of old clothes, clean out a desk and organize your papers in there. You get the idea. Many times if you organize your life, your mind will feel much more at peace. Get it all out on paper with possible solutions hope that helps it really helps me

Take a nap.
Do some yoga, pilates or other form of meditation.
Talk to someone.
Write in a journal.

fill your mp3 with favorite tunes and go for a power walk..crank it

journal it.... talk to someone... get rid of the stresses that are cluttering up your mind.

aside from writing a journal, this is what i do when my mind is very talkative and talking none sense...i just look around and make sure i am alone and loudly say "Shut up!" The thoughts in my head stops bugging me....then pray to Father God in the privacy of your locked room.........God bless..........hugs...

Sit down with a piece of paper every morning and write what you are going to do that day on it.
If you are done with the list, there is nothing more you have to do that day and you can relax.

I found a lobotomy useful, stopping smoking dope also helped.

try meditation..in the beginning it is hard but the more you do it the beter results..
