How do i do to find my birth mother, as free as possible?

Depends upon how much information you have. I had my original birth certificate with my birthmothers name and the town I was born. I contacted an adoption registry and they had my information on file. My birth father had registered and notified them if I ever came looking for him he was ok with sharing his information. It was actually kinda easy. I know my story is an exception though.

I knew my birth mothers name. I picked up a phone book and looked up her last name. I got in touch with her cousin on the first try. Her cousin put her in touch with me.

Today many records that were once closed to the public are now open and you as a citizen can view all sorts of information. I think its called the PIA. The Public Information Act. I am not sure but birth records and adoptions might fall into this category. Good luck.

You're really lacking some significant information here, do you know her name and under what circumstances you were given up for adoption under? Was it through an agency? I'd say the best bet, assuming you've got access to your birth certificate with her information on it, check online, public records, things like the registry of deeds, and see what information you can dig up. good luck.
