Take a vacation if you can as a means to recuperate and become stronger. I use to be where you're and my hope and strength came from growing in my relationship with Christ.
I know you too can go from where you're to strength.
You have taken the first step and it is a big one....... you have acknowledged you have a problem. Now give yourself some credit, pick yourself up and move forward.
Pay attention to your inner dialog, it is saying negative things. When you catch yourself, make yourself stop and say "NO that is not true, I am valuable". Next spend some time in self reflection, ask yourself how you could have done things better and make a decision to do it different next time. You can't change the past but you can use it to correct the future. Many never realize this.
find some people who can talk with over this, and in person, most of all! face to face conversations run deeper inside ourselves.
Me too. You need to decide for yourself that you can do what anyone else can and set goals for yourself. Get a degree, lose weight, get another degree, etc. Whatever is holding you back.
Newsflash: You're the only person who can make yourself happy from the inside out. The moment you realize that you do have some control over your life, and that you need to change your attitude about the things you have been through and are going through, is the moment you'll begin to heal.
