Don't drink caffiene. When the caffiene stops working, you will crash and crash hard.<br />
What you should do is drink lots of water, and anytime you start getting drowsy, do a dozen squats. That will wake you up and get your blood pumping.
It is ALL in the mind... Just tell yourself & you gonna be okay & fresh.If it still didn't work, drink a cup of espresso (double shot).
