doing activities, run by yourself, and think and process anger feelings. recall that anger is damaging to us, and that in the most part, those perceptions of being agrieved, are of OUR own creation. blame no one for U being angry! why? no one can make u angry WITHOUT YOUR permission. peace.
Look up mindfulness. It is a bunch of skills, not all meditating, that can help you collect your emotions when you are spiralling. If it is really bad, use the "dive reflex" method. Lots of sites if you google it. It acts like a "reset" button.
