Resolved Question

How do I get the graphics to work?

I am trying to get a game to work on my computer. Every time I start it up it runs smoothly, until, just before it loads up, there is a flash of color across the screen. Then it goes into the game, and I can hear everything, but am stuck with a blank screen. The graphics simply won't load. Is there any way I can fix this? Will changing the resolution help? It is Knights of the Old Republic II, and, I don't know how to find system specs but I do know I have 1.4 GHz and 1.99 RAM, and I don't know how to update video card drivers, though that sounds like a good idea.

If you have a Nvidea graphics card go here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

If you have an ATI card go here:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

the specs are really low for the game so you should be able to play it....

Minimum System Requirements System:
Pentium III/Athlon class 1 GHz or equivalent
RAM: 256 MB
Video Memory: 32 MB
Other: DirectX 9.0c compatible computer MB

if you have dl'ed drivers and still no luck, try reinstalling the game... if that still don't work... then i would try the game's support page here:
