thank you for replying! I usually eat a medium bowl of cereal for breakfast, a piece of fruit for lunch and a little bit of my mum's dinner. I used to eat hardly anything but recently I have been eating more but I'm slowly gaining the weight back! HELP!

low impact aerobics worked for me it helps your body process food better as well.. cant do much without that
