my suggestion is regular cardiovascular exercise, perhaps 30 min. morn . and 30 min. afternoon. it just makes your skin look more alive, and vibrant naturally.IMO.
The Dr. Oz show has tips like that... One tip I sort of remember, 3 egg whites and carrot juice (not sure about the quantity, but it looked to be less that a shot). Smear it on face about 10 minutes and wipe off.
I was underweight and gained some weight and now may face and neck area look like I have had surgery to make it look fuller (I am 50)Don't have anything sagging.
