How do I stop being jealous of my boyfriend?

I get jealous when he becomes Facebook friends with females, when he begins to text (I dont know too many guys that text each other that often), the constant communication with him and his baby- mother.... Ugh. I know hes not cheating but this suspicion is killing me and making me full will resentment :(

    He is always gonna have his baby momma in his life.It's something you're just gonna have to deal with.If you want a relationship with him,you're gonna have to trust him.When one partner is constantly jealous,it'll mess things up.

    Everybody gets jealous sometimes..It's a crappy feeling but it's something you can work on.Iv'e been there.

    You resolve whatever is at the root of the jealous feelings. If not for yourself, do it for him. He will leave you if it doesn't stop. Men view women who are needy and insecure as daughters, and that is very unattractive for obvious reasons.

    Know that you're worthy of him never considering cheating. You're who he has chosen to be with, and if he's being unfaithful or flirting elsewhere, you deserve somebody better.
