hello, mysterychic,



i had that problem when i was young



then just one day i decided to say something when ever i had the opportunity



so i say "thank you" to the postman and "OH! i've been waiting for this"



............ and "how is your day" to check out operators



and so on



............... had to force it at first



..................... gradually it came easy to find something to say.



also i joined a voluntary group and then a nightclass



............. so there was always something to talk about.



practice is what helps

well yeah...i kinda got there in the end.... but sometimes the road was rocky. trust yourself... you will do it too

that is a difficult condition to live with. have you had any help with it, seen a therapist? respect, from robbie
