i had that problem when i was young<br />

then just one day i decided to say something when ever i had the opportunity<br />
<br />
so i say "thank you" to the postman and "OH! i've been waiting for this"<br />
<br />
............ and "how is your day" to check out operators<br />
<br />
and so on<br />
<br />
............... had to force it at first<br />
<br />
..................... gradually it came easy to find something to say.<br />
<br />
also i joined a voluntary group and then a nightclass<br />
<br />
............. so there was always something to talk about.<br />
<br />
practice is what helps<br />
<br />

well yeah...i kinda got there in the end.... but sometimes the road was rocky. trust yourself... you will do it too
