How do I stop exposing myself online?

I have an online friend that I have sent nude pictures, went on cam exposing myself, and done cyber sex. I am not proud of this and I want to stop and I'm sure this person is over 18. I don't do this all the time I only did it because I felt I had no other way to relief myself sexually. Never in a millions did I thought I would do something like this. I want to stop but I don't know how. Please help? I feel dirty.

I went through this myself when I was in a reckless phase. I came to the realization that I never knew who was viewing these pics, if they were being published elsewhere, or just what they were being used for. That made me scared and nervous enough to stop my behavior. People can record you on webcam, did you know that? They can then submit that video anywhere they wish to, your pics are no longer private property when you send them via email or even post them on a website. Anyone can grab them and copy and paste them into their own computers. You NEVER know who will see those photos or webcam feeds, god forbid it be a family member or someone else you wouldn't want seeing them. Does this give you enough reason to stop this behavior?
Take the thrill out of it, it is not glamorous nor healthy for you if you have issues with it.

Okay..first take your web cam and set it on the floor...put on boots....jump up and stomp it!

Really just get a hobby....a clean one.

Do stop or you will do other things that you would not do in a million years. Have a trusted friend install some software that will block tempting sites. Get rid of your camera. Do what you gotta do. Who told you that you would shrivel up and die if you did not get sex? Is sex really that great? I love it but for heaven's sake I hope you are joking here...

If it bothers you, or causes you trouble, then force yourself to stop. Personally, I see nothing wrong with cybersex, or any other kind, as long as you like it. Only if you really don't like what you are doing would I say,"STOP" If that's the case, find the part of you that is the flasher, become them and explain why you do this. The objective you, consider the perspective of the flasher, and give her a job that benefits you both. Now if you really enjoy what you are doing, but just are feeling guilty, keep flashin, but be careful.

Tell the people you talk to that you are not comfortable doing that anymore so they don't try to egg you on. As for yourself, watch **** or whatever in your own privacy and try to keep from talking about anything sexual with other people. Makes it worse.

Get rid of the camera, change your email address & don't talk to the person again, delete all of your friends here on EP if that person is on EP, change your sign on name & avatar here on EP and start over.

I think you should be concerned that it is out there now. Any time you upload or share things on the net, you risk them being shared or used elsewhere. Cut the behaviour out and find a real life partner you can be intimate with.
