    This is true. I broke my glasses (slight astigmatism). Now I get headaches from focusing on anything too long. most people aren't aware they need glasses when it's just a tiny change in their vision. The headaches give it away.

    I would get an eye check to be on the safe side, also frequent breaks are recommended.
