Just remember, it's never the end of the world and we never learn by being correct all the time. The best experiences for us and our kids is what we learn when we do big mistakes
Letting things bring me down is another way to say "caring" and the more you get hurt the more you will stop, but I don't think you should be in a hurry.
Count your blessings and be more grateful about the better things in life.
Focus on the big picture and have a long term strategy.
You grow a pair and stop letting them get you down. Whenever something goes bad, just know the fact that it could easily be a thousand times worse; or that there's someone pulling on a door that says push.
