In an argument or when I'm stressed out, I just burst out crying and I really don't want to because it makes me look weak and if i'm in an argument they think they've won but it's only because I'm so flippin angry! Is there a quick way to stop myself crying without anyone noticeing?

Don't. I did and eventually -without noticing it- excluded those emotions from myself, which basically makes you a numb sort of zombie. All you need is a hug (: !
