I would recommend a visit to a hospital ward that deal with road accident traumas.
Maybe more particularly see children who have been victim of road accidents.

I think there's a sat-nav now available in the UK that also 'reads' the maximum speed allowed for the stretch of road you are driving along & warns you with a 'buzz' if you stray over the limit. You have to obey it though! Cheaper to just control yourself, lol :-)

You get one of those bed wetter things that shock you when you ..instead you calibrate it to activate when you go over the speed limit

Use cruise control if you have it and watch that speedometer but also pay attention to the road while you do it.

Self-restraint is all it takes. If you can't restrain yourself the law will do it for you, eventually.

All any of us can say is slow down. There is nothing we can say that would stop you from doing something you shouldnt. I wouldn't want you to get in trouble. :( Be careful out there. :(
