Tell your mom if you become fat u will have a miserable, lonely life and you won't be paid the same wages as a skinny person gets who has the same education & work backround- that's a FACT. some TV show went under cover and found this out- sad but true- LOOKS DO COUNT. they shouldn't but they DO!
eat what you need to eat... pretend she is in control and just cut back on size of plate ask for more vegetables less crap...
just say youre on a diet? or don't finish your food...idk. i understand, i went vegeterian for a while because i hated the way my mom cooks. she cooks with lard and fries everything. She still cooks like that and i still hate it. sometimes I like what she makes but its usually soups or stews....and bread.
There is enough medical information out there that you could show your mom to support you wanting to eat smaller portions of her great meals.
What does she do - force the food down your throat? You don't have to eat anything you don't want to.
Does she shove food in your mouth and gag you or something?
Here is how to stop gaining weight: Start moving instead of sitting on the couch. Eat healthy. Youre an adult. Your sister isnt "feeding" you. You choose to eat because you want to. You only have one body.<br />

You can stop eating what she gives you. You DO have a choice what you put in your mouth. Just tell her, "Sorry, Mom"....and go get a carrot out of the fridge. Your Mom uses vegetables....grab them and steam them before your Mom can use them in whatever fat thing she is making.

I know what u mean, my mum gets suspicious whenever I want to eat healthier or smaller portions and thinks I'm going to go anorexic :/ I know I don't need to eat what they offer but if I say no they think I'm starving myself and then make my lunch and dinner portions bigger or less healthy. Can't excercise right now cos of exam revision but after durning the summer hols I'm gonna try lose some weight by going for walks etc :)
