Muscle Burns fat, that's why you lose fat as you gain muscle. But most if not all pro bodybuilders, use steroids or HGH to boost their mass.... Quick question, what is supposively?

Ahh, sorry. I was trying to figure out what it said LOL. I'm really tired but can't get to sleep. Are you trying to gain muscle, or were you just wondering?

Either steroids or they ended up hitting the genetic jackpot. Both are possible but I'm sure that you can guess which is more likely.

I dont really remember the exact process that is claimed to be at play but I know from experience, when you stop exercising after getting muscular it turns to flab and likewise it seems to be able to be reversed back too, I think the muscle just gets loaded with fat and exercise burns that for energy with anaerobic power movements, then new cells come to bolster the muscle, but in effect its basically fat to fit and vice versa.

Having worked in hospitals I've seen "roid rage", but don't lump every body builder into the category of steroids. There are body types that have large frames to begin with.

Fat *can't* turn into muscle. You'd know that if you knew biology... The required proteins and amino acids are completely different.
