Last Saturday I didn't use the power cord on my laptop. I only allowed myself as long as it took for my battery to die. It's amazing what I got done. <br />
I'll never do that again.
Write the reasons to start with why you started on the trail of doing better. Write a journal that day like you are pumping some one up about it. Refer back to it when you are waning in your feelings. Many times we will do things for others and stay on track to them better than we will do for ourselves. Realize you are the most important person for your own self for the rest of your life.
