    You don't! It is probably a good idea to let your mother see it as obviously your sister needs some help. Trying to hide it is not going to get her the help she needs. Something is bothering her and it needs to come out in the open!

    Alcohol absorbtion (metabolise) can be hardly speed up. Hide her, make her sleep, or don`t allow mother in. or if your sis has problem staying sober, maybe it`s better to know and do something.

    Put her to sleep. You cant "sober " someone alcohol has to be processed by the body, you can stimulae her with coffee , soda ,sugar,speed etc. but she will still smell of alcohol and probably act strange.
