slowly. there's no rush. first you need to feel your feelings about the ending of the relationship. get in touch with girl friends and spend time with them. Its a time to focus on you and getting to know yourself again. Its a time to take good care of you and your needs. Develop a loving relationship with yourself. I find it helpful to join a support group. In other words be sure to get yourself a source of loving support.
