when i'm hurting over somebody, the only thing that helps is to avoid thinking about them. the more you think of them, the more it hurts.

You cannot talk with him any more; that's it. You *have* to move on, or you can wallow in the way that you are feeling right now. Move on and try not to pre-empt the disasters that (apparently you know) are ahead of you. You *really* have a negative attitude, so to work on that might be a good start. Change circles, move in different circles, meet new friends, explore new avenues ... you *must* move on with a possitive attitude<br />
