How do you connect to your spirit guide for the first time?

Don't think I have one. Not sure I believe in them. Curious about it and willing to try.

AngelaDark	Posted Aug 22nd, 2009 at 11:47PM i wouldn't know, I don;t have one. but i can tell you it's a lot harder than just asking for it. I've seen a lot of people struggle with this. Fasting and sleep deprivation and such are supposed to help but I don't know, again I don'r have a guide. It's definatly not easy as saying a name. Rated: +1Vote for this!

Sighnomore	Posted Aug 21st, 2009 at 11:11PM Whatever you do DO NOT USE A OUIJA BOARD!!! They are a portal for entities that are deceptive and evil. I used to use a chakra meditation called "Forming the middle pillar" . It is a meditation that takes you to the middle realm between the earth realm and the spiritual realm. It is purposely for contacting spirit guides. I love it. Rated: +1Vote for this!
pukirahe	Posted Aug 22nd, 2009 at 4:58AM I receive the divine guide through the sacred verses in the Holy Books. When I read:"The earth is but one country and mankind its citizens." (Baha'u'llah), I meditate again and again about its meanings and I find out many lessons and applications. And I have lots of other verses to memorise and to meditate throughout my life.
