How do you convince a girl with low self esteem you think shes beautiful ?

1. Take her clothes shopping and help her select items to try on, then tell her how beautiful she looks in them.

2. Go downtown with her on a busy weekend night and stroll arm in arm down the public thoroughfare. (NO looking at other women while you're doing this.)

3. Look through a fashion magazine with her, find a photo of a beautiful model with features similar to hers, and tell her the model reminds you of her.

4. Tell her an attractive film star who physically resembles her reminds you of her.

5. Offer to pay for her to be professionally photographed if you can choose one of the photos for yourself. Put it in a nice frame and display it prominently in your home.

6. A dozen roses never hurts.

you tell her that when you was her age you felt the same way ...and you grew out of it. Tell her what she sees is not what everyone else is seeing and that shes being down on herself. But also tell her that despite her being beautiful thats not enough to carry someone through life. That she has a lot more than some people to be happy and proud of!.

I do not know what your relationship is with her, but if appropriate, you might wish to write her a letter in the form of an argument. Tell her why you know she is beautitful and be specific. Compliment her publicly and lavishly. Don't be shy about it.

She has to be confident in her own looks , Talk to her and ask why she thinks she is not beatiful
But ask her out and be with her and she should relise that she must be good looking enough for you to take her out.
