This would mark my friends' first real relationship, his gf broke it off with him the other night, he is devastated to say the least.

RikBra	Posted Jul 5th, 2009 at 1:36PM It took six months of grieving and the care and love of a new woman friend during hours I wasn't working to get me through every day after a 23 year marriage surprisingly had the plugged pulled from out of nowhere! It was devastating! I was not intimate with my lady friend because I told her I was formally divorced yet and anything can happen! I ended up marrying my lady friend six years later! Angry, sad, depressed, wanting to kill him half of the time, and the other half of the time wanting him back. But life goes on, and time heals all wounds. I still look back on the times we spent together and I even miss him sometimes. You never forget your first love. Rated: +1Vote for this!

irenesnch	Posted Jul 5th, 2009 at 3:33PM It is hard and I can relate to that.I was married for 20 years and he decided he doesn't want to be with me anymore.I was depressed and have taken anti-depression medication.But I've moved on.Your friend will too.Time heals all wounds and I'm sure he will meet someone else and be a lot happier. Tell him that there will be certainly be someone who will come along who will value and reciprocate the love that he is offering.
