    Well first off, you don't tear you skin from tender and bone. lol Second you think about good memories of them when they do cross your mind and remember that everything happens for its own reasoning. Write about it if it hurts that bad. Writing seems to alleviate our thoughts and stress.

    If its that bad there is probably nothing to help you. Occupy your thoughts and time with something else. It doesn't cure, but time heals.
