How do you cope with your possessive boyfriend/girlfriend?

Simple, by not having one.

at first i agnored it, still did what i wanted but when your with someone for a long time it is the most annoying thing in the world, in the end i hated being around him,so i finished it

don't be with someone who is possessive... that is never good. you don't want anyone to control you or be telling you what you can and can't do. That's not a healthy relationship...

Lose them asap! You are not a possession therefore they shouldn't have anything to be possessive about. There is no dealing with a possessive person in a relationship. You are better off finding someone who respects you, because if a person is possessive there is no way they respect you the way you should be.

How possessive? Want to know where you're going or stick a GPS on your car? Ask where you were or read your cell and computer? Care about your day or send DNA samples to some lab? Important questions because one is a person who feels a bit needy, and the other is Borderline Personality Disorder. Good to figure that out before you go too far. Anyone who needs to know your personal stuff and searches your things is someone to lose. Cause you can marry that and spend 24 hours a day with that and it is still gonna think you're cheating. Because it is crazy. And unlike the flu, crazy doesn't get better on its own.
