How do you deal with feeling lonely and depressed?

my boyfriend just went to jail about a month ago to do a 6 month sentence over a charge that happened more then 2 years ago. i have just felt alone and depressed latley i cant fouce and just need some advice. Please dont comment if your going to judge him. Thank you i do need your help!!

well seriously, you have to do something for yourself, dont think too much when u have no answer, i know how it feels to be depressed and i, myself alone right cuz my husband is not with me, its all about attitude, look on the bright side, its only 6 months, u can see him once in a while but me, i wont see him until next year. Always think that everything happened for a reason, you'll be okay hugs
