How do you deal with neighbors INTENTIONALLY trying to drive you away from your own apartment?

Where you pay rent, just because they're prejudice of you for being disabled? They treat me like I don't exist most times. They bully me, lie on me, try to control my house like it's THEIRS. (my apt.) They BLAST their music all day, every day, & I can't say anything because the cops will put ME in jail (It's racist here in North Texas).

I can't be comfortable in my own home. When I make a report on them, the cops do nothing. When they LIE on me, the cops believe it & try to demolish my entire LIFE! How do I go home, & I can't sleep in peace?

if moving is not possible, document everything and i mean everything, get assistant from people that know you and can give testament to your character. find out what disabled assistance organizations are in your area, let them know what is going on and file court papers if you have to. the police should be taking down reports if their music is too loud for disrupting the peace. before you do all this, get people to be your witness.
