I always try to remain calm,allows me to think.then i go to a quiet place and write down how i feel...or even cry:-).if am able to change the situation,well and good.if not able to i pray that God gives me strength to move on..

Depends on the situation. Sometimes I'll ignore it like it isn't there, until I can no longer ignore it. Other times I'll jump on it and get it taken care of. Just depends on what all I have going on at the time.
