I can't contain my anger martial arts helped me some with controlling myself but I hold things in till I blow up a lot
I have a low threshold for it
when alone i wish i could find some one to have one hell of fight with
It depends on just how angry I am. Sometimes I shout and cry.
I do my best to control it.
I usually yell, scream, break and throw things.
Go and cry in the pantry, or just breathe and relax
i rarely ever get angry nowadays, but I would lift weights, or do a hobby. then try to deal with the issue when not angry.
