One thing that really helps me with my anxiety is writing poetry and listening to music, preferably bon iver, cold play, or radio head. My friend has really bad anxiety and he smokes pot, and says that really helps calm him down but, I can't try it right now because I have a job right now. My doctor put me on Xanax but all that does is makes me tired, it sucks and I hope me or you wont feel like this forever. good luck...
