Facial expressions and hand gestures. If a person you're talking with doesn't make eye contact with you while they're explaining something it means that they don't want to look at you while they're telling a lie due to some form of guilt.

Watch their eye pattern. If you ask them something and they glance to the right ( your left ) they are creating something in other words, lying. If you ask them something and they glance to the left ( your right ) they are recalling something and they're telling the truth.

I've also learned that if someone rubs their face with their hand as they're telling you something ( after you've asked them) they are lying. They are covering up the lie by placing their hand over their mouth and or wiping their mouth when nothing is there.

these are all by natural human habit.

The way they word things. Liars have a twisty way of wording things.

if you ask the same question and get a different answer, even once, then everything they have ever told you is capable of being a lie. Even if they confess (or you catch them) to a white lie, a lie is a lie. And that's the truth.

Most common ways to tell are the way there face, and body is speaking; but people who have a natural sense for these thing's can jut feel the spike of nervousness rise in the person's shoulders or eyes
