    Hey...this is a vast subject. Check out youtube. I sleep with crystals to help with lucid dreaming. There is a whole dream yoga. You have to get serious and get a book on it too. You will be glad you did!

    you just remind yourself tht u r dreaming and then once u know your in the dream change it to b wat u want
