Resolved Question

How do you eat your Top Ramen?

I mean, what do you add to it, how do you prepare it?
For example, I like to make it with only 1 cup of water and add a little cornstarch or flour to make the "broth" thicker. Once it's ready I add a little sour cream and hot sauce....yum!

With extra salt. Because the 45,345 grams of sodium in those things isn't nearly enough.

After boiling the noodles I strain off almost the entire amount of water... drop a whole egg into the water to cook while adding the 'flavor packet' to the noodles.. once I've stirred them up well the egg is done and then I scoop it out of the water and drop it on top of the noodles in a bowl and enjoy. Amazing the 'cookbook' you come up with in college when you're more often flat broke than not!

I eat it dry. I don't even cook it. I've done that since I was 5:)

I like mine with .... " pnut butter jelly, pnut butter jelly..... pnut butter jelly and a baseball bat...."

no really - we like to add an egg to the boiling water and whip it up - then drain almost all the water and eat the noodles and egg, sometimes we add a little chopped water chestnuts too...mmm!

Boil it on the stove, drain all but a bit of the water, put in bowl, add flavor packet, and enjoy.

My sister loves it raw like some of these people here.

I can't stand it and only eat it when we are absolutely broke and have no other food.

DON'T DRAIN THE WATER AND ADD THE SALT PACKET PEOPLE! That's too much sodium for your good health...

Boil the 2 cups of water, add the noodles and flavor packet, cook for 2 minutes, add 1, 2, or 3 eggs, cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat, drain most of the water and salt off, add a tiny bit of butter, stuff your face... I like the water chestnut idea, thanks wishiwashi

What is it, then?
Are you referring to chinese-style instant noodles? The kind made from just wheatflour, palm oil and salt?
If you are: I eat them dry usually, without any flavouring. Sometimes I put them in hot water to which I have added about half the flavouring sachet, and leave them with a lid over them (or the packet they came in) for about 7-8 minutes. I never boil them, because that makes them sticky.

I used to cook them and drain them, sprinkle on the flavor packet then mix in ground beef and a bag of mixed vegetables. My kids loved 'em like that!

Nowadays, I don't eat 'em at all.... trying to watch my weight :(
