i've already been down that road, over a year ago, i was in hospital for a really long time where i was put on medication, which i still take daily now, but i feel as if im having some sort of relapse as i was ok before, and accepted i had body dismorphia, but now im looking in the mirror and like before hating what i see, and thinking well hey im on medication now maybe this ugly thing you see really is you.....

My advice, Embrace it and hug it :).

We all got our demons, In many diffrent ways. Best thing for all of them is just to accept who you are :).
    For good and bad :).

By knowing it is a demon within you not you. You are more than that. The only way to battle it is by ignoring it, and then it loses power over you and you do what you can do despite it being with you.

Well a mirror would probably work. Law of physics- energy cannot be created or destroyed. Therefore you need to convert the negative energy into positive. Instead of being mean and hateful turn that into being a smart a ss, like I was at the beginning of this answer. It burns up the negative energy and makes you more fun to be around.

You are human just the same as the rest of us. You can never be what you aren't no matter how hard you want to be. You aren't a demon so there isn't any reason to hide from yourself. If you don't like what you see then change it until you do.

You are so fixated on one thing that you can only see one answer. There are hundreds of ways to get results that you want. It is your life, so it is your responsibility to make your bed. If you want to change something specific and you don't know how then you should seek out advice about that topic.
