I feel like considering the protection children have these days abortions are the most merciful gift you can give a child.
No one gives a s hit about what happens to the kid after birth. That's why there's so many child sex slaves. A very large majority of the people who are against abortion tell themselves they don't room in their home for another mouth to feed so they leave these kids to the wolves.
Until we have a world where children are protected from rapists, sexual predators, pedofiles, molesters, killers, etc I feel that the best thing one can do is prevent an unwanted baby from coming into this world only to be cast aside like garbage and left to suffer, thus usually becoming a part of what's wrong with this world.

I personally would never do it, but lm certainly not going to judge someone who does. That's not my place. I am pro-choice and don't want the government telling me what I can do with my body.

I'm in favor of it being avaiable, but would prefer to see it minimized a much as possible by contraception counseling and easy availability

An abortion that stops a beating heart is infanticide, and no young woman has the right to kill a child simply because it inconveniences her. It's a child, not a choice.

It's a medical procedure on a woman and it should be the choice of the woman whether she has one performed on her own body. Everything else is just dramatics.

I'm in between on the issue. I don't think it should be banned outright, but I also don't think it's this wonderful procedure that should require no more thought or foresight than going for a haircut. I'd rather see more promotion of the "morning after pill" along with lots more education about proper birth control, in exchange for a ban on partial-birth abortions, which are just plain heinous. I just don't like the all-or-nothing approach taken by both sides. On the one hand you have MORONS who talk about "legitimate rape" and "turning off fertility with your mind," and on the other hand, you have loons who think even a 12-year-old should be whisked out of state to get a third-trimester abortion with no questions asked. It would be nice to have some responsible adult thinking on this issue for a change.
