    they completely fail as parents, should their goal not be to make their child feel that they need to do nothing to be great?

    Unless the kid has some glaring disfigurement, like a cleft palate for example, I think it's frivolous and REALLY sends the wrong message---

    I feel..like i want to punch them in the teeth.....but only if it's for...the..
    "whines" but mooooooooooom my lips are big enough to suck all that ****!
    sort of surgery..not the..

    "sobs" everyone will make fun of me because i'm missing my nose
    sort of thing..
