How do you feel about the holidays?

Honestly, I don't really observe them, especially since a few of them depress me.

Aqrnnaturlover	Posted Nov 3rd, 2009 at 6:12PM The Christmas holidays used to be so filled with joy and fun. I literally couldn't wait for them to come around each year. I very much love giving gifts. But now that most of my family is gone, especially my parents, all they do is make me sad as I can't help dwelling on those so long ago memories of what were once happier times. Lucyintheskywithd iamonds	Posted Nov 3rd, 2009 at 5:35PM Some are great, like Memorial Day and Labor Day. Some not so much, like Columbus Day or Thanksgiving. I love the idea of Christmas, especially midnight mass and carols. Mother's Day and others like it, including Valentine's Day, all those I could do without, what you might call the greeting card-only holidays. Rated: +1Vote for this!

They're cool, and some of them have religious aspects like Christmas and Easter, whereas holidays like Valentine's Day,those don't make too much sense to me. I'll take in it, because it'll make a girl happy, but if it didn't I'd see no point. Rated: +1Vote for this!
