They sell special sink plungers. They look exactly like a regular plunger, but are miniature. Super twee.

9 times out of 10 its stuck in the U shaped thing under the sink. Take it off, clean it out, put it back on. Run the water to make sure it isn't stopped up and the fix doesn't leak.

Call a plumber.

Try using a plunger. If that doesn't work, try a product such as liquid plummer. If that doesn't work, try a plumber's snake. If that doesn't work, call the plumber.

Replace that portion of your plumbing.

If you look under the sink, you will see where the pipe makes a U-turn, goes back up a few inches, makes another U-turn, then goes down into the floor. The first U-turn is called a "trap." It traps water to keep explosive sewer gas from coming up the drain pipe. It also traps things like glue and rings (most of the time.) The trap probably needs to be replaced (the part is fairly inexpensive.) Messy, slimey, dirty work. Most men have the basic skills to replace it. If you can con a guy into being your hero, do it. If you want to try it yourself, watch a half dozen videos of it on YouTube. Last resort, call a plumber. Good luck.
