God already knows all and sees all. He is always with you, even if you can't sense it or know it. All you really have to do is pray to Him, talk to Him about your life or what's troubling you. You will be heard.

Look at what the christians are doing and do the opposite.

they worship god. See "it" as your friend that is part of you and you of it instead. Would you worship yourself?

They humble themselves before god. Stand erect in your worthiness. If you see yourself as unworthy and full of sin, you cannot become one-with it, because it is not unworthy or full of sin.

See all others (human or not) as spiritual equals with yourself. You cannot be one with god if you see yourself unequal to it.

Understand that we are one. when you do these things, and you understand that all that you ask for is given, then when life happens, you will look within yourself to find out what you have been asking for.

With practice, there will be no more "life happens" surprises.

I believe you always have His attention. It's on His time though...so no matter HOW much you want something, He'll either give it to you when He believes you're ready (since He knows what's best) or He'll refuse to give it to you for a reason only He knows.

Edit: But praying to Him helps.

You'll get attention no matter what. As the others here are telling you, it's how you give yourself attention that will make or break you.

You can get attention by believing in you and believing as things u wan t will happen and work for it.
I gaurantee you will 100% get his attention
