How do you get rid of a bruise?

Just developing a rather large bruise on my arm... Anyone know how to lessen it or make it disappear quickly? I am not keen on the idea of long sleeved shirts for the next few weeks!

... I don't want a constant reminder of the not-so-prince-charming that left this bruise. : (

Bananna	Posted Oct 19th, 2009 at 10:50PM My mom used to rub my bruises (but when I first got them) because a bruise I guess is like blood that accumulates in one spot so by rubbing it you make the blood break apart and eventually the bruise will go away. Hurts like a biotch! Rated: +1Vote for this!
