My sister has tiny feet. Like she needs the smallest size available in women's and even sometimes wears kid sizes. Yesterday she found a pair that were gorgeous, but barely too big so that her heel slipped when she walked. She wanted to know if there is a way to fix that extra bit so she can have more options. (She usually wears a women's 5 or large kids)

In the shoe section you can usually find inserts that you put in the back of the heel. They keep the back of the heel from slipping off of your heel. They come in different thicknesses. Hth...
